2. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes provided by DCP Roofing are valid for the amount of time writted on the quote.
• Quotes are based on the information provided and a site inspection (where applicable).
• If additional work is discovered during the project (e.g., structural issues hidden beneath old surfaces), this will be treated as a “Variation” and quoted separately before proceeding.

3. Payments and Deposits

• A deposit may be required before any work commences.
• Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work and issuance of the final invoice.
• We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with NSW commercial law.

4. Site Access and Safety

• The client must ensure that DCP Roofing has clear and safe access to the work area at the agreed times.
• The work area must be cleared of personal items, furniture, or debris unless otherwise agreed.
• DCP Roofing adheres to strict Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols.

5. Warranties and Liability

• Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Specific waterproofing warranties (e.g., 6 or 10 years) will be provided upon completion of the project and full payment.
• DCP Roofing is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, ground movement, or unauthorized modifications made to the waterproofing system by third parties.

All website content, logos, and design elements are the property of DCP Roofing. You may not reproduce or use any content without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
